Lumen provides an Answer Engine Optimization platform that helps businesses improve their visibility in AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview. Our Service includes features such as answer engine insights, agent analytics, optimizations, prompt volumes, and shopping tracking.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
(a) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
(b) Maintain and promptly update your account information;
(c) Maintain the security of your account credentials;
(d) Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer various subscription plans as detailed on our website. Monthly subscription plans are billed on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment period. Annual or custom plans may have different terms as specified at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

(c) Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our express written permission;

You retain all ownership rights to your website data, analytics data, and any content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You own all reports, insights, and analytics generated by the Service using Your Content, and you may share or use these materials as you see fit.
We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights, recommendations, or data provided through the Service, including AI-generated content. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or performance improvements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
