Payment Information: We collect payment information necessary to process your subscription through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
We use Supabase for authentication services. Supabase may collect certain technical information as part of the authentication process. We do not independently collect IP addresses, browser types, or other automatically collected data.
Lumen uses Google OAuth to allow you to securely connect your Google Analytics property to our Service. This section specifically describes how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.
When you authenticate with Google and connect your Google Analytics property, we request read-only access to your Google Analytics data. Specifically, we access:
Google Analytics Reporting Data: We access analytics reports from your connected Google Analytics property, including traffic data, user metrics, session information, referral sources, and other reporting data available through the Google Analytics Data API.
Google Account Information: Basic profile information (such as your email address) provided through Google OAuth to identify your account.
Important: We only request read-only permissions. Lumen does not have the ability to write, edit, modify, or delete any data in your Google Analytics account.
We use Google Analytics data obtained through your connected account solely for the following purposes:
Displaying Analytics in Your Dashboard: We fetch reporting data from your Google Analytics property and display it within the Lumen dashboard, enabling you to analyze traffic from AI assistants alongside your existing analytics data.
Generating AI Traffic Insights: We process the analytics data to identify and highlight traffic patterns from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
Lumen's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the user-facing features of our Service. We do not use Google user data for any other purposes.
Lumen expressly commits that we will NOT use Google user data for any of the following purposes:
• Targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising
• Selling data to third parties or data brokers
• Providing data to information resellers
• Determining credit-worthiness or for lending purposes
• Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models (other than personalized AI features for your own use within the Service)
• Building or augmenting user profiles or databases unrelated to the Service
We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties. We do not share your Google Analytics data with any third parties except:
Infrastructure Providers: We use secure cloud infrastructure providers (such as hosting services) that may process data on our behalf solely to operate the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
We implement robust security measures to protect Google user data:

Access Controls: We implement strict access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access systems containing Google user data, and only when necessary to provide support or maintain the Service.
Secure Authentication: We use Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication, which means we never see or store your Google password.
We retain Google Analytics data obtained through your connected account for the duration of your active subscription and for up to thirty (30) days following account cancellation or disconnection of your Google Analytics property.
You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by:
• Disconnecting your Google Analytics property from within your Lumen account settings
• Contacting us at team@lumenrank.com to request complete deletion of all Google user data associated with your account
